Mechanical Assembler -TFC
About The Position
Skyline Products is a leading manufacturer of electronic price signs and transportation systems based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are a team of collaborative innovators dedicated to designing and manufacturing the industry's highest-quality signage and software solutions. We are currently seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join our TFC (Traffic Flow Control) Division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble mechanical components and products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards while contributing to the production of innovative transportation solutions used across the country.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an assembler
- Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
- Ability to use tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
Responsibilities
- Uses hand and power tools to assemble manufactured parts
- Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together
- Assembles parts by bolting and riveting
- Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts
