About The Position

Assemblers are responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This role requires good technical knowledge, great manual dexterity, and the ability to read and follow instructions precisely. The position is in a high-paced environment and requires standing for prolonged periods, with potential bending, kneeling, and stooping. The work environment may expose employees to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, oil, and chemicals.

Requirements

  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Great manual dexterity (skill in performing tasks with hands).
  • Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics, etc. and follow them with precision and follow established procedures.
  • Ability in using tools and machines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
  • Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • May require bending, kneeling, and stooping.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in the metal manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities
