About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet. The role involves conducting field service calls and providing mechanical services in both field and shop environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and rebuilding equipment, assisting in troubleshooting and failure analysis, performing component testing, and completing field service reports. The position also includes maintaining and repairing equipment, tools, and company vehicles. The role is located at the Lloydminster facility, customer sites, and remote locations. It is a permanent, full-time position, mainly working day shift operations with overtime as required, and includes weekend or night shift on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with mechanical assembly and service
• Experience with natural gas engines, wellheads, and compressors is an asset
• Strong understanding of engine and compressor performance and operations
• Experience working with machinery and power tools
• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Fitness-to-work testing
• Drivers’ abstract

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints
• Journeyperson mechanic/millwright ticket an asset
