The position also ensures the car performs optimally and complies with requirements throughout race weekends. The role involves coordinating work at the shop and track, diagnosing and repairing faults under time pressure, maintaining setup and component records, coordinating transportation and loading, and ensuring parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are ready for events. Work takes place in office, shop, and racetrack environments.
