We invite applications for the position of full-time Meat Supervisor to join our team at our Hawkstone Food Store located in Edmonton, AB. Open availability is required. Requirements
- Retail Meat Department experience
- Previous Retail Produce experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset
Responsibilities
- Support the Meat Manager in all aspects of the Meat Operations
- Oversee daily operations in the meat department to maintain excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
- Ensure the meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy
- Maintain customer standards by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns
- Participate in the training and development of meat department team members
- Perform general duties, as assigned including backup support for the Meat Manager
