Responsibilities
- Accurately cut, slice, weigh, price, and wrap meat, seafood, and poultry to customers’ specifications.
- Educate customers about various methods of cooking meat and seafood products.
- Maintain high sanitation standards.
- Provide customers with knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly service.
