About The Position
Market of Choice is now hiring for a Meat Cutter, starting at $17/hour to $21/hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $24/hour! Requirements
- Previous cutting experience preferred, but all applications will be considered
- Open availability which includes working evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Preparing ready-to-heat foods by filleting meat or fish or cutting it into bite-sized pieces
- Preparing and adding vegetables or applying sauces or breading
- Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat
- Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display cases in attractive and eye catch ways
- Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements
- Assisting with selections and recommendations of products
- Cut and trim to specification several varieties of meat, fish, and poultry
