About The Position
Market of Choice is hiring friendly cashiers at its Hillsdale location. The role starts at $19.00–$20.00 per hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $24.00 per hour. Cashiers help create a pleasant in-store atmosphere by providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service and supporting sales-area upkeep and stocking as needed. Responsibilities
- Ring up customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
- Know weekly ads, specials, and PLUs.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the sales area.
- Stock products when necessary.
- Handle cash properly and maintain a balanced till.
- Process EBT and WIC transactions properly.
