About The Position
Market of Choice is hiring Produce Clerks to provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and help maintain a pleasant in-store atmosphere. Produce Clerks assist customers with product selections and recommendations and support the day-to-day operations of the Produce Department, which offers conventional and organic produce. The position starts at $16.10–$18.60 per hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $22.00 per hour. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Be self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, and have effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selections and recommendations.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain sanitation standards.
- Clean, trim, and package produce.
- Clean shelves, stock products, and properly rotate product in coolers.
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage.
- Assist with training and development of personnel as needed.
