About The Position

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat to company standards for retail sale.
• Interact with customers and share food knowledge with customers and Team Members.
• Follow Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation policies.
• Support day-to-day department operations, merchandising, and quality control of department offerings.
• Drive department sales while managing department shrink and expenses.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
