About The Position
Greenville Post Acute (GPA) is seeking an MDS Nurse, RN to oversee the facility and ensure assessments are completed per guidelines. A primary focus is the resident assessment process, which includes individual assessment, MDS assessment, and resident plan of care. GPA offers a unique culture in a prime location with many long-term employees and is part of PACS, which is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country.
Requirements
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain all required continuing education/licensing requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
- Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Long Term Care Experience Preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
