Requirements

• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Current, unencipumbered license to practice as a nurse in S.C.
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
• Manage the resident assessment process, which includes individual assessment, MDS assessment, and resident plan of care.
