About The Position

Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced MDS Nurse Leader to oversee Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments. The role ensures accurate and timely documentation in support of quality care and regulatory compliance. The MDS Coordinator collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident assessments, develop care plans, and support excellent patient care. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Responsibilities
