CSpring partners with government and healthcare organizations to solve complex problems through data, technology, and people. This role supports the Health and Human Services Innovation Incubator (HHSi2), a statewide Master Data Management initiative in Illinois building one trustworthy view of the residents the State serves across every agency that touches them. When the same person exists as four separate records, eligibility stalls and programs double-count — the analysis you do here is what makes cross-agency data reliable enough to act on. The records you reconcile feed eligibility and service decisions across multiple State agencies. A duplicate client record here isn't a dashboard blemish — it's someone waiting longer than they should for benefits they qualify for. Statewide MDM is genuinely hard. You'll work across agency data that was never designed to be joined, on an Informatica MDM platform serving cross-agency programs — the kind of matching and survivorship problem you can't get real practice on with a tidy dataset. CSpring teams are small enough that you'll own a finding end to end. You'll profile it, document the remediation recommendation, and be the person who walks the client through it rather than handing it up a chain. HHSi2 spans data governance, interoperability, cloud modernization, and analytics. Whether you want to go deeper into MDM architecture or wider into stewardship and governance, both directions exist on this program. Fully remote across the continental U.S., with a team that's warm and grounded and doesn't treat "remote" as a reason to be hard to reach. Working under the guidance of the MDM Technical Lead, you'll perform the data analysis, quality assessment, testing, and validation work that keeps MDM operations accurate and dependable:
