About The Position

Heartflow is a medical technology company dedicated to advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting-edge technology, including an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test (Heartflow FFRCT Analysis). The company is expanding its product pipeline and team. This role is for highly motivated MBA candidates for a Summer 2026 internship, offering an immersive experience in the health-tech industry. It provides valuable exposure to business operations, commercial efforts, strategic analytics, and cross-functional leadership, with mentoring from seasoned leaders. The intern will focus on driving strategic value across Heartflow’s commercial and operational landscape.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valuable experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Currently pursuing an MBA degree

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Tableau and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
• A creative and flexible individual who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize demands effectively

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and operationalize commercial strategies to drive incremental business growth (Commercial Strategy & Operations)
• Support downstream marketing teams to drive growth of existing products through integrated campaigns (Marketing)
• Evaluate and guide recommendations on strategic partnerships, licensing, and/or institutional collaborations to progress Heartflow’s long-term strategy (Business Development)
• Evaluate new business opportunities and help with prioritizing opportunities for Heartflow’s capital allocation strategy (Opportunity Assessments)
• Analyze the market, understand voice of customer, synthesize insights and help drive the product roadmap for Heartflow (Product)
• Analyze and evaluate production operations to uncover opportunities to drive improved operational excellence, workforce planning and production efficiency (Operations)
