About The Position

Heartflow is a medical technology company dedicated to advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death globally, through cutting-edge technology. Their flagship product, the AI-driven, non-invasive Heartflow FFRCT Analysis, provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries to indicate the impact of blockages on blood flow. Heartflow also offers RoadMap™Analysis for identifying stenoses and Plaque Analysis for characterizing coronary atherosclerosis. The company is publicly traded (HTFL), has received international recognition, is supported by medical societies, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been utilized by over 500,000 patients worldwide. Heartflow is seeking highly motivated and talented undergraduate students for a Summer 2026 internship within the rapidly expanding health-tech industry. This role provides valuable, hands-on experience in areas such as business, marketing, product development, and/or operations, with interns working closely with experienced leaders across various teams. Interns will contribute to key projects aimed at fostering Heartflow's growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
  • Must be a creative and flexible individual who can handle changing priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like Tableau or CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help implement new business strategies and projects to increase growth (Commercial Support).
  • Assist marketing teams with campaigns and materials to promote existing products (Marketing).
  • Research potential partnerships or collaborations to support Heartflow's long-term goals (Business Insights).
  • Help analyze and prioritize new ideas or markets for the company to explore (New Opportunities).
  • Support product teams by analyzing the market, gathering customer feedback, and assisting with the product development roadmap (Product).
  • Review and evaluate how the company's production processes work to find ways to improve efficiency and planning (Operations).
