As a Maturity Analyst within PNC's EF Servicing organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. Core hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am EST – 5:00 pm EST. The Maturity Analyst is responsible for processing lease and loan payoff terminations by working requests assigned through a SharePoint-based queue, with volumes varying day-to-day based on payoff activity. In this role, the analyst partners with team members who initiate payoffs and paydowns, then reviews each incoming request for completeness, quality, and accuracy before executing the contract termination within LeaseWave, ensuring all data is entered and recorded correctly regardless of equipment type. The position requires consistent adherence to standardized processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage fluctuating workloads while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. The Maturity Analyst also communicates primarily via email with internal stakeholders to clarify discrepancies, confirm details, and ensure proper resolution of requests. Success in this role requires basic Excel proficiency, strong written communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to reviewing and processing financial transactions within system workflows. Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the overall profitability and portfolio risk management by supporting and managing the administration of end-of-term functions such as residual realization, terminations and schedule maturities in general.
  • Communicates with sales and various internal vertical market channels, customer and client base to manage end-of-term options and maturities and/or any issue related to end-of-term/maturity management.
  • Prepares and negotiates the routine disposition of equipment with lessees on assigned accounts to maximize overall gains within the portfolio.
  • May coordinate and review the appropriate disposition and/or sale of assets out of inventory while coordinating with the Remarketing and Asset Management groups as necessary.
  • Assists with portfolio administration for release of all appropriate legal documentation.
  • Ensures that all documentation is accurately completed and complies with all policies and procedures.
