About The Position

Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a Math Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach to support schools in the greater Waco, Texas area. This onsite, part-time, project-based role is for a 1099 independent contractor. The coach will work alongside educators to strengthen math instruction and support student success through classroom coaching, professional development, and collaboration.

Bailey Education Group partners with schools and districts to improve children’s lives through customized professional development and side-by-side coaching. Its services include support from certified instructional coaches familiar with state standards in Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies, as well as training in areas such as school and district leadership, special needs services, early childhood, technology, and multi-tiered systems of support.

The role requires travel to assigned school sites. Contractors are responsible for their own travel expenses and must provide proof of automobile liability insurance meeting the stated minimum coverage requirements. Consultants must also undergo comprehensive background checks and comply with applicable state screening requirements, which may include fingerprinting and child abuse registry checks. Independent contractors are not eligible for employee benefits or company-sponsored insurance.

Requirements

• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury per person and $50,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of at least $300,000.
