Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and team chat tools
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn inventory management systems (training provided)
- Physically able to perform light lifting as needed
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse tasks: receive, store, issue goods for internal/external customers with high accuracy and speed
- Maintain impeccable inventory records in the Warehouse Management System; conduct regular cycle counts and audits
- Support technicians and operations by efficiently handling material requests and part lookups
- Implement company standards for documentation, labeling, housekeeping, and safety
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as 5S, Kitting, and Kanban
- Monitor and reduce excess or slow-moving stock in line with local and global objectives
- Perform quality checks and compliance for internal material transfers
- Communicate proactively with team members, ensuring a smooth daily workflow
