About The Position

The Shipping Supervisor develops and coordinates shipping activities through standardized work instructions. Shipping activities are focused on company targets to ensure customer satisfaction, with a main objective of improving customer delivery performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated, service- and team-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated good internal customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Use the trusted link process to download releases on CMS.
• Ensure releases have not been duplicated.
• Follow up on weekly and daily shipping schedules.
• Authorize transportation access.
• Generate shipping paperwork.
• Validate ASNs.
• Maintain paperwork records.
• Respond to customer tickets.
• Report open issues at shift change.
• Order materials, supplies, or equipment.
• Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
• Package objects for shipping.
• Deliver items.
• Respond to customer problems or complaints.
