About The Position
Qwikkit is hiring a Materials & Receiving Coordinator to support its manufacturing operations in Houston, Texas. The role helps keep production running smoothly by receiving and inspecting shipments, organizing and staging materials, replenishing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator works with Supply Chain and Production teams to address shortages and discrepancies, while keeping receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. The position suits a dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and accuracy.
- Move, organize, label, and stage materials throughout the facility to support production needs.
- Replenish inventory and ensure materials are available to prevent production delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
- Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, and other issues to the Supply Chain and Production teams.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas.
- Follow safety procedures and assist with improving material handling processes.
