About The Position

As an ISC Materials Management Analyst I at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will oversee materials management processes related to materials and inventory control. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production schedules and customer commitments. You will apply materials and inventory management knowledge to automation and continuous improvement, helping reduce operational expenses, maintain a steady flow of production materials, meet production deadlines, and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in materials management, procurement, and logistics, with a track record of optimizing supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in materials management software and ERP systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement materials management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels.
• Build relationships that support a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials.
• Conduct inventory and asset analysis, identify root causes, implement corrective action plans, and direct or complete transactional tasks.
• Prepare and conduct the annual physical inventory, including inventory reconciliations.
• Optimize inventory levels and establish effective procurement and inventory strategies.
• Improve materials management processes to minimize costs and maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, including production, quality control, and finance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes within the materials management function.
• Keep informed about industry trends and use technology to improve efficiency.
