About The Position

Join Pratt & Whitney at our Columbus Engine Center, where precision meets purpose. As a Materials Logistics Specialist, you’ll be at the center of engine movement—coordinating, handling, and preparing some of the most advanced aerospace technology in the world for shipment and delivery. This is a Weekend position: Friday – Sunday 6:30am – 7pm

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience in warehouse or production control environment or within a materials management organization.
• Experience operating a forklift

Nice To Haves

• Experience moving heavy loads with box trucks and forklifts (up to 30,000 pounds)
• Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP systems for inventory control and production tracking

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and box trucks handling a wide range of materials and equipment
• Load and unload engine and parts from flatbed trailers
• Prepare engines for shipping and loading and unloading
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork
