About The Position

This position supervises the day-to-day warehouse/storeroom operations and management, ensuring effective implementation of processes to control inventory. The role directly supervises warehouse storeroom employees. This is an on-site position requiring employees to be in office at the Philadelphia - PA or Eddystone - PA locations for any scheduled shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with 4-7 years' experience OR High school diploma or equivalent, with 6-9 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of Passport (Purchasing, Contracts, and Action Tracking).

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement initiatives to ensure the highest levels of warehouse, retail site, and delivery services, including scheduled and emergency customer requests to support Exelon's reliability and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Support client-focused interface with customers to align inventory management processes with work planning and CM material needs.
  • Supervise warehouse management processes including material pick, issue, staging, return, and transportation to retail sites. Manage open and working stock, cycle counts, in-storage maintenance, and shelf-life management.
  • Supervise the pole delivery process, including daily monitoring and stocking of pole bunkers, safe delivery to job sites, and return of poles to inventory as needed.
  • Support balancing cost control with client needs to meet service, cost, and asset management requirements.
  • Support Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned.
