About The Position

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is seeking a highly organized Materials & Logistics Coordinator to manage incoming materials, stage job materials, coordinate parts deliveries, and ensure smooth daily operations to support our field technicians. This role is crucial in helping maintain order in the warehouse, minimize technician downtime and ensure job readiness each day.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with inventory or warehouse systems (ServiceTitan preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and managers
Proactive mindset focused on efficiency and minimizing job delays
Ability Pass a Background Screening

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse, logistics, or coordination experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Receive and verify all incoming materials against POs and vendor tickets
Maintain status updates for materials in ServiceTitan platform
Stage materials for upcoming jobs and truck restocks with clear labels and organization
Coordinate and dispatch parts runs using internal inventory or vendors as needed
Manage part runner assignments and ensure timely delivery of job materials
Proactively communicate material discrepancies and resolve shipping errors with vendors
Maintain accurate inventory flow and minimize technician trips to the warehouse
Review daily manifests and job schedules to prepare next-day materials
Continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and support field productivity
