Requirements

  • SAP Knowledge & Google Sheets
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
  • 2 - 3 years automotive experience
  • HS Diploma / GED (Required)
  • Proven knowledge and ability to demonstrate high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently
  • 5-10 years Inventory Management
  • English (Expert)

Responsibilities

  • The Material Inbound Coordinator is responsible for the timely receipt of materials delivered to Magna, documenting any quantity and quality discrepancies.
  • This role plays a key part in the escalations and communication with multiple sources.
  • Works with within supply chain and production ensuring schedules and customer demands facilitated.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming materials, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels, minimizing shortages or excesses.
  • Keep accurate documentation for parts that get put on hold.
  • Work internally and with suppliers to manage inventory processes.
  • Ensure product inspection and inventory measures align to successfully route product to correct departments.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining purchase order systems to facilitate production evaluation.
  • Assist with outbound shipments as needed.
  • Ability to work OT as needed.
