Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Proven forklift experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift heavy items and handle demanding tasks.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory-related tasks.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Material Handler Experience
• Heavy Material Handling
• Forklift Licensed
• Meets Physical Requirements
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely transport, stage, and relocate products across the facility and yard.
• Execute accurate loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Conduct pre-use inspections; escalate safety or maintenance concerns.
• Support inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization and placement.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies in all tasks.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure timely, efficient operations and deliveries.
• Report equipment malfunctions and potential hazards immediately.
