About The Position

The Materials Handler III is responsible for managing the flow of materials and finished goods across the site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports inventory control, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards and Bimeda’s operational goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse/production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control for incoming, outgoing, stored, and utilized materials.
  • Conduct routine inventories and cycle counts.
  • Receive deliveries and dispatch finished goods per SOPs.
  • Assemble pick lists and prepare components for production batches.
  • Ensure timely movement and return of materials to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, MS&T, QC, and QA teams.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to inventory systems.
