Pride Bodies Ltd., a Wabtec Company in Cambridge, Ontario, offers custom design and truck-body manufacturing and upfitting of utility, service, construction, railway and other custom truck bodies. Our environmentally-friendly truck bodies are researched, designed and customized to our customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements

Able to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced automotive environment
Minimum of two years’ experience in Shipping and Receiving using an ERP system
Minimum of two years’ experience in inventory control, including cycle counting
Must be willing to be trained/certified to operate a forklift
Must show proof of clean driver’s abstract
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Picking, packing and shipping customer orders
Counting, verifying, receiving and putting away incoming vendor material and in-house manufactured components
Picking and staging all parts to meet the production schedule
Driving and shuttling of trucks
Receive internal and external supplier goods
Ship returns and outgoing materials as needed
Inventory control including cycle counts and submitting replenishment orders to Sourcing
Pick and stage parts for production requirements
Performing daily inspections, i.e. forklift, yard
Driving: supplier parts pickups; moving vehicles, etc.
Performing other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
