About The Position

At Jered LLC, a PAR Systems company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, the Materials Coordinator supports the efficient movement and availability of materials throughout the warehouse and production floor. The role helps ensure the right materials are available at the right time for mission-critical programs serving the U.S. Navy and global maritime customers. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The coordinator tracks material movement and availability, maintains accurate inventory records, and supports production schedules. Top performers proactively resolve material issues and work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to minimize disruptions and support on-time delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production control environment, or equivalent.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP/work process software such as Jobscope or Visibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. Person.

Nice To Haves

Ability to read blueprints.
Previous forklift experience.
