About The Position

The Material Handler works at a Parts Distribution Center in Manchester, Pennsylvania, helping ensure truck parts reach customers so their vehicles can return to service quickly. This team-based warehouse position emphasizes safety, accuracy, reliable attendance, punctuality, accountability, teamwork, and meeting established productivity, safety, and quality standards. The work involves continuous movement during the shift, including walking, lifting, and operating equipment in a paced distribution environment. Starting pay is $23.75 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 120 days of employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Benefits begin on Day 1.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work as a dedicated team member to provide fast, expert service to customers.
• Complete the steps required for customer order fulfillment in accordance with published operating procedures, policies, and performance standards.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including standup forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, stock chasers, and pallet jacks.
• Perform data entry on an RF unit for binning and picking orders.
• Strictly follow all facility safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
