About The Position

Alro Steel is seeking a 3rd Shift Material Handler to join its team in Roanoke, Virginia. Material Handlers work together to fill and prepare material orders for shipment to customers, using equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, and lasers. Extensive upfront training and ongoing mentoring are provided to help employees perform safely and efficiently. No experience is necessary. The role calls for a commitment to safety, willingness to learn, dependability, attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a team.
