About The Position

The Material Handler is responsible for processing products to meet daily production standards and goals while promoting and adhering to Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s mission and values. The role supports store operations, customer service, participant training and development, and a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers. Typical full-time schedules are 35–40 hours per week, with availability across days, nights, and weekends totaling at least 35 hours per week. The employee must be willing and able to be cross-trained and to train new employees.
