About The Position

Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems. Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Material Handler Location: Northwood, OH Pay: $22.00/hour + 2nd shift premium Shift: Sunday through Thursday (Sunday 4:30pm-1am, Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-12:30am. Must be able to work overtime as needed. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly—from stocking and packing to loading, unloading, and operating machinery. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous forklift experience (required)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move and stock materials accurately.
• Select, package, and prepare products for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks—verifying contents match shipping documents.
• Use tools like saws to cut materials as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Follow all safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
