About The Position

We are seeking a Material Handler on a temporal basis. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to transform how electronics are made by bringing intelligence, scalability, and flexibility to the factory floor. You will combine the best of automation, machine learning, and software to modernize manufacturing from the ground up.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data and learning inventory management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Some college coursework in supply chain, logistics, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting Clear to Build analysis to help track assembly timelines, flagging potential material shortages or surpluses.
• Review stock levels regularly to ensure alignment with production needs. Monitor inventory trends to identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving materials.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Specialist to track and manage material transfers between HQ and our Mexico subsidiary.
• Participate in reconciling physical and system inventory. Investigate discrepancies, support corrective actions, and process inventory adjustments as needed.
• Conduct project-specific inventory reviews and make recommendations on material reallocation, disposal, or procurement to meet project objectives.
