This position supports warehouse and production operations by maintaining smooth material flow and contributing to high standards in quality, safety, and compliance. The Role & Your Impact In this role, you will be responsible for handling, moving, and preparing materials and finished products within a warehouse environment. Your work directly contributes to operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least six months of experience in material handling, warehouse, or similar operations
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Experience operating industrial trucks, forklifts, or hoisting equipment (or ability to learn)
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and data entry systems (SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, sanitation practices, and DOT hazardous materials requirements
  • Strong communication skills to interact with drivers, customer service, and internal teams
  • Basic math skills, including unit conversions and use of a calculator

  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Read work orders or follow instructions to identify materials to be moved or processed
  • Load and unload materials onto pallets, racks, shelves, and vehicles
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance
  • Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling and wrapping
  • Operate industrial trucks or hoists to move materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records through SAP and other tracking systems
  • Perform cycle counting and inventory control activities
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature control where required
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow all regulatory and certification requirements, including Kosher and Halal guidelines
