About The Position

Experienced Specialist within the Material Handling job family. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and work orders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical equations using a basic calculator and scales.
• Ability to contribute as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Basic PC skills and ability to utilize a warehouse management system.
• Forklift certified and experience operating a fork truck safely in a manufacturing environment.
