Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (biopharma, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred); OR Associate’s degree with 0–1 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (biopharma, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related field
  • 2+ years of direct experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in ERP or Warehouse Management Software
  • Basic computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with advanced warehouse automation and optimization tools
  • Ability to manage high-volume material operations

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and periodic cleaning of manufacturing areas from Grade Controlled Non-Classified (CNC) through Grade C environments
  • Clean and disinfect ceilings, walls, floors, surfaces, and equipment exteriors using approved agents
  • Execute material movements and transactions in SAP (or similar ERP): goods receipt, staging, transfer, consumption, and inventory adjustments
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation
  • Stage and deliver raw materials, consumables, and components to manufacturing in alignment with production schedules
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels; support cycle count and reconciliation activities
  • Ensure proper labeling, status identification, and segregation of materials (released, quarantined, rejected)
  • Complete required training and maintain compliance for Hazardous Waste Disposal
  • Wipe down and transfer materials into CNC through Grade C areas following approved disinfection procedures
  • Adhere to gowning requirements and aseptic practices when entering controlled environments
  • Complete all required documentation in compliance with GMP and GDP standards
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of material movements and transactions
  • Follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions with exceptional attention to detail
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and per site procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and staging areas using 5S principles
  • Perform routine cleaning of workspaces and equipment as required
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability
  • Support production campaigns by ensuring continuous material flow to prevent downtime
  • Assist with deviation investigations related to materials, as applicable
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
