About The Position

Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking two (2) Material Handlers to join their team. This position is based at their Mississauga, Ontario Distribution Center in a unionized environment. Eaton's Mississauga Distribution Center is a key hub within their Electrical Sector operations, supporting the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of products to meet customer and business requirements. This strategic facility plays an important role in ensuring timely product availability and delivery while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Requirements

Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) without assistance.
Ability to occasionally lift heavier items with assistance or appropriate material handling equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be licensed to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other authorized equipment.

Responsibilities

Safely receive, unload, inspect, and break down incoming loads using reach trucks and other material handling equipment.
Use SAP and RF guns for receiving, picking orders, and put-away transactions.
Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Operate Forklifts, Reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other authorized equipment safely.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
