About The Position

Unique Industries is seeking a Material Handler for their Louisville manufacturing facility. This role involves organizing storage areas, maintaining inventory, and moving materials using various equipment. The Material Handler will be responsible for tasks such as moving pallets, fulfilling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and managing raw materials. Requirements

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma
Two years in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
2+ years Forklift, clamp truck, and deep reach truck experience.
Experience using a barcode scanner.

Responsibilities

Check incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and material quality.
Load and unload pallets and rolls
Organize stock in the most efficient way using reach trucks, forklifts, and clamp trucks, etc.
Scan all material movements using a handheld RF scanner.
Pull and stage material to fulfil orders properly.
Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and suggest new storage methods when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
