About The Position

AUTOKINITON is hiring a full-time, hourly Material Handler for its Operations team. The role operates Hi-Lo and tugger equipment to move materials throughout the plant, empties scrap hoppers, and visually inspects material. The position is on second shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overtime, including weekends, is mandatory when scheduled. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus a shift premium. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience operating a Hi-Lo.
• A strong attendance record.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hi-Lo and tugger safely and efficiently in accordance with MIOSHA and company standards.
• Use a Hi-Lo to transport material throughout the plant.
• Empty scrap hoppers.
• Perform visual inspections on material.
