About The Position

Morbark LLC in Winn, Michigan is seeking a Material Handler. This role is crucial for ensuring that the correct parts are delivered to the right individuals at the opportune moment, minimizing the number of transactions involved. Positions are available for both First and Third shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to follow written policies and procedures
• Must be able to work well with others
• Ability to operate barcode scanners
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for adherence to company and departmental Safety policies and procedures to minimize the potential for damage and injury
• Demonstrate the ability to follow departmental objectives, processes and procedures
• Load, unload, and move material throughout Morbark’s production areas.
• Develop proficient use of equipment and lifting devices used in material handling processes. Not limited to counterbalance lift trucks, standup lift trucks, flat bed carts, hoists, and other lifting devices
• Adhere to Morbark’s 6S standard in all work areas.
• Basic equipment maintenance
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to work safely at a fast pace
• Understand, scan and utilize work orders
• Have the ability to train and complete a variety of daily tasks
