About The Position

This role is responsible for various material handling tasks within the facilities, including physical and electronic inventory management, maintaining product traceability, cleaning equipment, staging materials for manufacturing, and troubleshooting material issues. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication skills, and the ability to use specific equipment like weight counting scales and ERP systems. Experience in cleanroom environments and forklift operation is desired, along with a valid driver's license for operating a box truck. General computer proficiency and knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation Practices are also necessary.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use weight counting scales
Self-starter and requires minimal supervision
Experience with ERP (JDE preferred)
General computer proficiency
Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation Practices
Valid driver’s license and ability to legally drive 24’ box truck.

Responsibilities

Physical and electronic inventory moves within the facilities
Use of labeling and visual controls to maintain product traceability
Clean dryers, hoppers and lines
Stage resins and components as needed for manufacturing
Setup of color concentrate loaders per procedure
Reconcile resins and components when work order finishes, relabel and return to warehouse physically and electronically.
Maintain a clean work area including material staging area and warehouse
Troubleshoot material issues.
Program resin feed system
Support physical inventory as needed.
Operate presses as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
