About The Position
We are seeking a Material Handler for our 2nd shift operations. This role involves operating a forklift to move materials within the warehouse and production floor, loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials, and picking/preparing materials for production orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, labeling and tracking inventory, assisting with inventory counts, and supporting the warehouse team with daily tasks.
Requirements
- Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and production floor.
- Load and unload trucks and organize materials on shelves and racks.
- Pick and prepare materials for production orders.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked.
- Label and track inventory.
- Help with inventory counts and update inventory records.
- Assist with receiving and shipping when needed.
- Support the warehouse team with daily tasks and yearly inventory counts.
