About The Position

As a Material Handler, you will be helping to deliver parts in order to build the latest computer chip making machines. Timely delivery material to the correct location. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. Facilitates the receipt, verification, computer transaction and physical movement of all incoming manufactured inventory and non-inventory items. Transports material to other facilities as required. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1+ years of related material handling, logistics, and / or warehouse experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and electronic e-mail systems.
  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
  • Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.
  • Can learn and apply new information or skills.
  • Requires employees and sub-contractors to work in a safe, professional, and ethical manner.
  • Will require work for periods of time at a computer terminal, interspersed with meetings, phone calls and other communications activities.
  • Must wear all approved cleanroom attire; facemask, hood, coveralls, safety shoes, eyewear & gloves.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and counts of manufactured goods.
  • Audits all goods coming from manufacturing to be packaged.
  • Conduct Cycle counts on inventory.
  • Supports project improvements in work area.
  • Logs receipts via computer system(s).
  • Packages line down parts coming from work centers.
  • Coordinates with Work Cells to resolve discrepant receipts.
  • Files documentation in accordance with department procedures.
  • Processes and packages shipments
  • May require overtime on occasions
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
