The warehouse operator receives instructions from the supervisor or warehouse support regarding the loading schedule. Based on the orders to be prepared, they organize work according to priority, while following oral and/or written instructions (recorded in SharePoint). This role involves following scan/SAP instructions for replenishment, improving work methods, checking prepared orders, storing completed orders, and ensuring overseas packaging complies with standards. The operator must adapt to changing work priorities, maintain order and cleanliness, respect environmental guidelines, and ensure compliance with safety rules. They are responsible for reporting relevant information to supervisors through end-of-shift reports, assisting colleagues, requesting new storage locations, checking open transfer orders, and transmitting location data for master data updates. Additionally, the role includes assisting with inventory and cycle counting, promoting best practices among order pickers, performing order picker tasks when available, and conducting 5S audits.
