About The Position

The Material Handler Operations Lead will assist the Supervisor in the 1st Shift day to day operations. Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources, ensuring all safety rules and procedures are followed, and overseeing their respective department. The role involves monitoring department staff activities, communicating and interpreting company policies, determining job objectives, work methods, and performance standards, and ensuring team members adhere to SOPs and meet productivity requirements. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing inventory displays.

Requirements

Ability to work in team environment
Ability to focus on detail and quality
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks
Working knowledge of Material Handling issues
