Material Handler II/Loader
About The Position
Dover Food Retail is a manufacturer of display cases, specialty products, refrigeration systems, power systems, and related services. The Material Handler II/Loader moves and stores materials and products using manual labor and low-complexity machinery and equipment, such as pallet jacks and conveyors. The role maintains the flow of materials according to established guidelines, records incoming and outgoing material movements, and operates motorized and non-motorized material-handling equipment. This Support 2 position requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, generally gained through work experience, and may require vocational or technical education. Work is performed under moderate supervision; problems are typically routine but may occasionally require interpreting or departing from standard procedures. The role communicates information that may require some explanation or interpretation. The stated pay range is USD 20.00–24.00 per hour. The position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria in the applicable commission plan. Pay decisions consider job-related factors including responsibilities, experience, education or training, location, and relevant skills.
