About The Position

FLOFORM Countertops is hiring a Material Handler/Loader for its Boise/Meridian, Idaho location. This full-time, day-shift role supports warehouse operations by safely handling stone slabs and other materials for production and shipment. The position involves operating forklifts, overhead cranes, air lifters, and other mechanical equipment; preparing and staging materials; tracking inventory; and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace. The role is suited to a dependable, safety-focused person who works well in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, such as table saws and chop saws.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read measurements and handle basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to safely lift 35–50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Ability to work in conditions involving water exposure to hands and feet.

Nice To Haves

• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move stone slabs and materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Secure loads using strapping, banding, and proper A-frame procedures.
• Move and position materials using air lifters and mechanical equipment.
• Track inventory and verify materials for accuracy and damage.
• Prepare, store, and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
