About The Position

FLOFORM Countertops is hiring a full-time Material Handler/Loader for its Boise/Meridian, Idaho location. The role supports warehouse operations by safely moving, preparing, and staging stone slabs and other materials for production or shipment. The position involves operating forklifts, overhead cranes, air lifters, and other mechanical equipment; securing loads; tracking and checking inventory; and maintaining a clean, organized, safe work area. The job is described as a day-shift position and offers $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience; certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read measurements and handle basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to safely lift 35–50 pounds regularly, stand and move for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, and work in conditions involving water exposure to hands and feet.

Nice To Haves

• Overhead crane experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, such as table saws and chop saws.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move stone slabs and materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Secure loads using strapping, banding, and proper A-frame procedures.
• Move and position materials using air lifters and mechanical equipment.
• Track inventory and verify materials for accuracy and damage.
• Prepare, store, and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
